High Risk Missing Person

John Francis, age 80, who suffers with dementia, has gone missing from a hotel in Belgrave Road, Torquay.  He is described as having darkish skin, grey hair with a bald patch, 5'7"-5'8" tall, average build wearing a grey coat, light T shirt, black trousers and blue shoes.  If found, please contact Devon and Cornwall Police via 999 quoting log 568 of 02/09/26
